The device is used to apply lids on plastic cups previously sealed with foil or aluminum plate. The cups are fed to the input conveyor of the NP-6 from the preceding conveyor aligning them in one lane. Then they are transferred by screws in cycles each 2,5 seconds of 6 pieces to a chain conveyor with grippers. The grippers move packages under the arm that applies the lids on. After the lids are put and snapped on, the cups in one lane go onto the customer's collecting conveyor.

Efficiency: up to 120 packages / minute.

The width of aligning conveyor belt: about 200 mm.
