The device of TRAY SEALER type is designed for the heat sealing of the food products in trays, plastic packages in a modified atmosphere MAP in  the plants of low, medium or high production volume . Standard equipment includes a vacuum pump with a mechanical separator  (it works on photo mark on a printed film ) . The devices are prepared to run standard packaging formats , it is also possible to customize them for non-standard sizes .

The basic operation of the device :

The operator lays the packages with a product on the introducing conveyor in 3,4 or 6 rows , then the system automatically introduces packages to the heat sealing zone, where the following operations are performed:

• Generation of vacuum in the package ( VACUM )
• Injection of inert gas mixtures (MAP)
• Heat sealing of the package with a foil unwound from a roll
• Cut out the foil on the package.

After the heat sealing process, the packages will automatically be transferred to the collecting conveyor.
